I just received a call from 661-414-0171 "NATIVE AMERICAN" I was in the other room and when my answering machine answered, either they had nothing to say and hung up -OR- something tragic happened at that very moment and they fell over mute or even worse !? Perhaps someone should rush right over there and make sure they haven't "fallen and can't get up" or even worse !

I keep them on the line for at least 5 minutes.I used to get mad but now I just jerk their chain. So sad that there are people that stoop to doing his to make a buck. IMO..on the same level as a crack dealer
Yup. Arghhh....I don't want to answer to compile the list of numbers from which I am called at all hours. Going to report to AG anyway, even with incomplete data. First call or two was the same as others "FBI, Do not hang up, yadayada..." But we have had multiple variations from lots of diffent numbers. Mom with dementia is constantly upset that I don't answer calls. I am up all hours of the night with her, husband leaves at 5 am for work, no rest for us! So annoying to be called non-stop. My dad use to mess with such callers years ago by answering, leading them on and then stating he lives in a mental institution, but could he get the product for free?-they wasted as little time as possible with him and did stop calling. Now of course, they would just sell the number ASAP... Report to your states AG!
