Scam.....somebody named Cevin (with a C not a K, I was told), called saying the IRS has 3 complaints from people against me. The story didn't even make sense. When you call the number back, you get a message from an Indian accented Lady saying that this is the IRS...and to call back.
I got a call too. Threatening to forward the case to local sheriff department if I do not call back. Is there any place to put a complaint against this number. I know, they will just find another number and keep on calling. It is just annoying.
I told that idiot to send me everything in writing via mail. IRS would never contact taxpayers like that. Don't give any information, rather report that number to FBI.
