Who called from 6614763070

First call from 661-476-3070.  PhoneTray answered and played the SIT tune and announced this is a non-working number.  Already had the 661 area code blocked for previous telemarketing activity.  Caller ID said Aspca, but have my doubts.  If it truly was the ASPCA, they are legal to call to solicit for donations, BUT not interested.  

Contracting organizations that make these calls give only a few cents of every dollar collected to their "clients", the rest goes in their greedy deep pockets.  If you want to donate, go to your local ASPCA (or other) office and give donate directly.  Don't feed the system of telemarketing!

Do not call list does not help. Please report them at donotcall.gov.
