Getting calls from them everyday. Claimed to be from the "California Energy Center" and if told our number is on the do not call list, they claim they aren't selling anything (it's a "courtesy call") so they aren't subject to the restrictions. I read some great advice a few months back where someone got a compressed air horn can and they keep it by the phone. Since the marketing calls all come on my house line, I downloaded a free app that makes an air horn sound and I intentionally answer the calls and blast the app in their ears. Eventually someone will tire of getting their eardrums blasted.
