Complex. Got a call from this number and it is not listed as bad on MrNumber or 800Notes so I redialed it. I got a person but he said he did not call. So it looks like they are using existing phone numbers for there junk calls now. I have heard of this before and seen it too but it looks like it is more common now. So I will block it but suggest checking closely new junk calls now before just automatically blocking. That is a pain. More work to weed out these asholes.
