They've called a few times now.  If I pick up there no one on the line, and if I don't pick up they leave no voicemail.  Annoying.  I had made a donation to oxfam in the past, so I would assume that is who it is based on these other reports but I do not know.

They call me everyday. I am on the do not call list. I'm over it

Yeah it's Oxfam. We do not donate over the phone. Blocked them.

Non profits are exempt from the DNC. You need to block their number

Oxfam - charity that I guess asking for more $$.  Did not leave a message.  It keeps calling about the same time everyday.
