got phone calls on my cell from unrecognized number. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I suspect spam I get three to five of these per day. I am on the DNC list which does not work.
DNC only prevents selling. A "survey", any charity or nonprofit, is perfectly legal. That is the loop-hole! A deceitful business can "survey" you hoping for some monetary gain.
