These people called again at 7:11 am this morning per the TITLE VIII - DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES [Fair Debt Collection Practices Act] they can not call until after 8am to 9pm. § 805. Communication in connection with debt collection [15 USC 1692c](a) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY. Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt --
(1) at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the consumer. In the absence of knowledge of circumstances to the contrary, a debt collector shall assume that the convenient time for communicating with a consumer is after 8 o'clock antimeridian and before 9 o'clock postmeridian, local time at the consumer's location;
(2) if the debt collector knows the consumer is represented by an attorney with respect to such debt and has knowledge of, or can readily ascertain, such attorney's name and address, unless the attorney fails to respond within a reasonable period of time to a communication from the debt collector or unless the attorney consents to direct communication with the consumer; or
(3) at the consumer's place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know that the consumer's employer prohibits the consumer from receiving such communication.

where is the gov't in all this crap.. seems like they would of had it stopped by now... same guy witha different number called two months ago and said he was with social security.. if representing a government employee isn't enough to go after these [***] i don't know what is... i left a message on f.b.i's scam page and heard nothing back. they also filed a tax return in my name and i was able to stop that..if i ever catch them they are dead..
I just got a call from this # at my work claiming it was department of justice. they ratlled off my social security #. told them to fax me info. wouldnt do it. wanted my attorneys #. this is [***]!! he said to call back & ask for eric walker. i called back & its a magic jack phone #.
I have been contacted from these people harassing me at work. And said I need to send $525.00 to somewhere in New York and if not I would be arrested by the FBI. These F [***] need to f stop. They also said they are in the US until I confronted them and here a rooster crowing in the background. They would not tell me what the company's name was.

Respond to this maybe we can do something about these criminals. I have been getting these calls for years now and have just about had enough! I have some ideas but don't want to divulge too much on this forum.
