This number isn't a scam. It's one of many "local" numbers used by Verizon's automated bill collection system. This number is likely calling because you're behind on your Verizon Wireless bill... or your phone number is somehow connected to a past due Verizon account.
They call me at least once a day. The word "Unknown" with the number shows up on caller ID. I do not answer unknown calls. Since I do not have or never have had a Verizon account, I take it as a scam or telemarker.
I do not have Verison.. i have recieved this call several times in the past week..right around the same time each day. Ive also recieved calls from 1-661-432-2087. Both numbers say unknown and call my home number...not my cell number. I do owe some credit cards...but nothing to do with Verison. I do not want to call the numbers back.. I'm sure they are a credit agency...debt collector.
I do not have Verizon either, never have. I received a call yesterday 07-16-2015 from the same number 661-432-2087. They didn't leave a voice message therefore I am not calling them back!
