I didn't answer the call from 661-748-0242. It ended up being a call from my mother using her Skype account. They really need to fix that so that you can identify who is actually calling.
Ditto the Skype comment. This number can show up as the caller ID for Skype users calling landlines. So while it may be a scammer or otherwise non-desirable call, there is probably a small chance it is just a regular person using Skype.
