Who called from 6617488240

This # belongs to a Skype User in Bakersfield, CA.  They called my cell phone twice yesterday and called my landline today.

Rec'd a call from this number at 9:40 PM EST - answered and nothing but a breathing sound.

Another crackpot California idiot

Some one from this number called saying they were a family member and didn't we recognize their voice.  When a name was given..yup that's who they were.  Problem..off on a trip in Mexico  with friend David,caught speeding now in jail and need money.  That's when we told them we knew it was a scam and to not call this number again.

I got a call from this number the name appeared to be :  SKYPE USER "
Just the breathing sound.
I searched the google for the name " SKYPE USER" . Apparently this is a computer warm
which locks you out  and ask you for money to let you back in.
