Robo call to my cell stating that there is no problem with my credit card but if I want to reduce my interest rate to 6% to press 1. Since they failed to mention the card company I think it's safe to assume that it's a scam.
Received a call from this number for the first time today, after being hammered by 503-977-6714 for about a week. So that's awesome. No idea who either number is attached to.
If you receive a number from this company do not fall for it. It is for sure a scam since they asked for my entire credit card number and didn't know which bank I use. I know now that even if they sound legit, never accept call from your credit card company that are not a verification of previous purchases from the fraud detection department.
Caller id said Texaco but a search of the phone directory said mg Gauss. Obviously someone spoofing or nefarious caller. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. After this, I received a call from a Bank Card Services.
