This number called nd asked for my wife. Caller is blocked now.

(661) 874-1235 called my landline.  They did not leave any message.  I got two other junk calls today while I was out of the house.  I will block all of them.

This is a referral service per the website but the very polite lady calling from a robotically system made it sound like a local company. Apparently 20 years in business, or her, but an unsolicited call in violation of our DNC listing. Don't know where she was but not able to correctly say the town names in my area.

Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning 'lead hunter' / 'appointment setter'.
When I answered, a "Dennis"  greeted me and launched into a scripted pitch about a special deal on HVAC service.
He said the company was "American Air Advisors".
When I asked where they were located he gave my town (I live in a small town, there is no such company here)..
When I asked him what local company would be providing service, he repeated 'American Air Advisors'.
When I asked that he 'remove me from their call list - as required by law' - he hung up.
American Air Advisors is a marketing/referral service that sets appointments and sells them to local HVAC companies.
If they remove me from their call list, they are following the law.  If the do not remove me, they are breaking the law.

Whois shows this is the owner of the domain.  Email on the domain is a gmail but the registrar has necmarketing.com.  Have fun.
