I answered and the guy said he was a general contractor in the area and asked if i had any work that needed to be done... i asked how he got my number and he said it was a business.. i said this is a cell phone and that still doesnt explain how you got my number... he said if i didnt have any work for him he would discard my number! Still... didnt want to explain how he got it! Didnt say what contracting company he worked for either..
I answered and could not hear anyone else on the other end. Hung up and called number back and got "can not complete number as dialed". Looks like scam or fraud. Blocked the number.
