These tele-scammers are getting desperate since everyone is buying blocking phones or devices.
I have just blocked the ENTIRE 661 AREA CODE!
Tele-scammers often change 1 or 2 digits in their spoofed phone number in order to defeat call blockers.
I have a better solution - I block entire area codes.
We use the Digitone Call Blocker. As far as I know - this is the only call blocker that can block ENTIRE AREA CODES.
Currently, we have about 65 area codes blocked along with at least 240 full numbers .
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in.
Buy a call blocking phone or device - they work and they are inexpensive.
