I answered and the person was having a side conversation with f words and other profane things when he finally realized I was on the line I asked him who he was calling me and speaking like that in the background to which he said "Is that the end of the f*cking world?" I asked again who it was and I got hung up on. This number calls me every day. I tried calling the number back and got that it wasn't in service indicating that is probably a telemarketer. I blocked this persons number from calling me ever again and am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and company and AT&T the company whose number this belongs to (yes you can do that if it is a business representing themselves by using this company as their phone carrier.
This number shows up on my caller ID log EVERYDAY, but who ever it is never leaves a message. I have called it back but no one ever answers. Maybe it is because my message tells telemarketers to stop calling me and go bother someone else.
