I received calls from this number and they never answer when I pick up. Eventually the call just disconnects. No message, no pre-recording, nothing. Truly annoying.
Dear Annoyed: Time and time again those posting here don't seem to have the understanding: When your phone rings it does not mean anyone important is calling. If you don't recognize the number then don't answer. If someone really wants to talk with you and knows you they will leave a VM or send you a certified letter. WHY? Because most of these scam callers use "Auto-Dialers" with a block of an A/C and Exchange then 0000-9999. They don't care if you are on DNC. Their machine is looking for "Valid Numbers" so if you answer, your number gets placed on another "Valid" list and sold to other scammers. Don't be a "Pavlov Rat" and respond to the stimulus of a "ring".......
