Who called from 6674013913

I say I'm very interested. then I grab my whistle I keep next to the phone an let them have it as loud as I can.  I then say "Would YOU like to buy a whistle?"  Bye bye.

I keep getting calls from 667-401-3912---Pesty calls..I need to have them blocked. I can do that on my cell phone, but not on house land line! Any ideas how to block this number?

Some vehicle warranty scam. I told them I don't have a car, but this is the second time they've called me saying the same thing.

I received a call today from this number.  Like many others, I answered and no one responded.  I get several of these kinds of calls, and have registered on the national do not call list.  If anyone knows how to stop these calls the information would be appreciated.
