This was an automated robo-call saying, "Hi, this is your Google ad specialist calling." I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and was connected to Michael. He said he was with "GoZook" and he was calling about Google Advertising.
I told him I was on the Do Not Call List and not to call me. He said okay and I hung up.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.

667-444-0493 called, on dedicated FAX land line, March 21, 2017 at 4:27 pm. No message & caller ID = ASSIST, which when coupled with NO MESSAGE, and previous reports on 800notes, is usually a guaranteed sign of a telemarketer or SCAMMER (who doesn't want to be identified). Previous reports that this is Google wanting money for advertisement. This is violation of DO NOT CALL, including GOOGLE (if it was). Probably a scam.

Looking forward to Ajit Pai, the Chairman of the FCC, to enforcing Robocall Strike Force in 2017! Scammers using Robocalling are #1 complaint to FCC, who call at a rate of 2.4 billion calls per month. FCC recently shut down one Robocaller who was stealing money from victims at $500,000 per day!
You do realize, those "Do Not Call" lists don't actually do anything. Spammers will still call you thanks to "social networking" (i.e., if you have a Facebook account, Facebook has been selling your private information to all sorts of companies) and since spammers usually use a "spoofed" number, there's no way to trace them, thus, they don't care if they are violating a Do Not Call list or not...
