Who called from 6692488613

I received a call on my cell form 669 248 8613 today, 1/12/17 at 12:52 pm CST - I did not recognize the number and did not answer the call. No message was left.

Received a call from 669-248-8613 at 3:56 pm MST on my cell phone.  The caller ID showed "V CALL", from Sunnyvale, California.  I did not recognize the number and I do not know anyone in Sunnyvale.  They left no message, most likely some sort of a scam.  Blocked the number.

Got a call from this phone number 12 minutes ago.  Didn;t answer it, no message left.  California #.  Looking like spam.

I just received a call no one spoke. I tried to call back, no answer.
