I got a recording saying it's from "the Dealer Warranty Service, or something like that. They are about to close my file. Would I like to talk with someone first?" I said yes... I was going to pull their leg. I expected to be transferred but it hung up on me when trying to effect the transfer. Such f'in morons. They can't even connect me to their rip off artists.
Part of these scams is getting a recording of your voice when you answer the phone. The word "yes" is one of the keywords they are attempting to record. Probably nothing to worry about I would avoid calls I don't recognize all together.
