WOW! I just found this site. Thank ya'll so much. Here's my story. I get a call from a Michelle White from a so called Carter Mineli Law Firm. same thing pay day loan a long time ago. If i dont' pay TODAY i will be charged. Also, hung up on me many times. I asked for the supervisor, his name ( supposedly) is John Roberts. He talks to me like a dog. I call my lawyer and he is sending a letter. Get this though, I asked for their address and they gave me 3379 Peachtree Rd. NE Atlanta, Ga. I look it up, it's the Lenox Building. A hi dollar office building. so i call the building manager. No such firm is there. I have been trying to figure these crooks out for two days. Thanks to this site it finally comes to light. YEAH!!! everyone put this info out to every outlet you know to stop this crap.
5x/day calls from Mary Connor saying I owe money. I returned the call and informed them I have never done a pay day loan and do not owe money. The threat take me to court before a judge. I told them go for it. Now another number 404-850-9029 is calling me for Mary Connor and the same story.

Same thing with me. Except the number you have the 850 number was the "supervisor" lol I'm gonna call and call and call and call and see how they like it. Thanks Barbara
They did the same thing to me but her name was Allysa and if I didn't pay I was getting two Class C felonies for 310 dollars these people are a joke. Thank god I was smart enough to google the numbers.
