I been getting these calls too, very aggressive for a home visit from there doctors. Im under doctors care as well. I really dont need any harassment from my insurance company. They are a aggressive company, never experienced anything like this before from a health care insurance.
If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.
