Left a voicemail saying her name was Elizabeth Walker from Fraud Division saying they had been submitted a case against me and that she needed to hear from either myself or an attorney Immediately. It's a scam don't fall for it!
Called and told me they were going to charge me with bank fraud. I told them I was not avoid anything I owed and could they send me a letter with their company letterhead, address, and phone #. Jessica said it doesn't work that way I could get an email. I said that was not good enough, a legitimate company would not mind sending a letter, she told me good luck and hung up.
Called and when asked about information about the company she got louder telling me I had a case open. She called as "Elizabeth Walker". After she hung up on me for asking about the company a second time, i called back from a different number to be greeted by a Jessica Walker though it was obviously the same person. Asked her when she changed her name from Elizabeth to Jessica and she hung up lol!
Said if i did not make payment arrangement with them for class c felony tonight i will be arrested for bank fraud and 2 class c felonys for some lone i got on line back in 2012
