I got a similar call from 678 214 3439 saying they have a sealed summons for a debt but couldnt open it or tell me whos summoning me but will deliver it today. I could reaschedule the summons or make arragements .I told them id do neither. And will be awaiting it.
They just said that I, didn't mention a name, had a fraud case against me and I need to get an attorney! I called back and left a very detailed message.....I let her have it! Fraud.....how dare she!!!
Elizabeth Jones called me saying that someone has a case against me and that I or a rep of myself needed to call back asap. I didn't even bother to call back, I know it is a scam.
