I can hear typing on a keyboard but no one speaks. They call all hours of the day and never leave a message. They have called as early as 7:00am EDT and as late as 11:00pm.
They call me too several times a day. If you call the number back it says it is American Express. I have never had an American express so I think it a shady collection service trying to get me to call the number. I called a known American Express number and the call is answered completely differently than this one. I have reported this info to the FCC.
Called mid day, no one answered when i said hello but there was chatter in the background. They called again, this time went to VM, no message left only chatter in background noise.
