First call call was from a woman offering my mother lower rates on her credit cards. The woman wanted the expiration number. She was hard to understand so she ended up with the manager, John William. My mother declined their offer without giving them any information, he persisted, she hung up. He called her back, she hung up, he called back two more times!!! The last call, he told her that if she hangs up again, he will kill her!! She's very shook up!
This stupid man called to lower my credit card interest rate. I gave him bogus credit card info and told him that I will turn him in to authority. He call himself Josh Parker. He cut off the phone line when I told him that he is being recorded.
This guy called to lower my credit card interest rate also. He was wanting my card expiration date, Card #, and which bank I go though. I gave him none of the above information and asked for his information. He said his name was Daniel Scott, Informant ID# BS105 and his direct line was (678) 304-5088. I asked can I have the 1-800 number, he replied that # will take you to an outside department and you wouldn't be able to reach him. When he called me my caller id said that he called from (360) 797-8535 and once I hung up on him he called back from (786) 738-8061, he explains that he is calling me from a computer and it generates a phone #, this is why the different #'s come up on caller id. I knew this was a scam but wanted to get any info I could from them. I get at least 3 phone calls a week from random #'s trying to do the same thing each time, and you cannot call back due to a non working #.

I received the same call. Told them to put me on the do not call list and they hung up. Caller ID said 304-263-5785, but said his number was 678-304-5088. He said his name was James Anderson and his Employee ID was C021. I again told him to put me on the do not call list. When the call comes in you have a recorded message saying "This is Rachel or Tiffany from card holder services" I am going to try to talk to them for a long time next time just to waste their time like they do mine!
