Timothy Carter from Pinnacle Asset Management. Calls me from several different numbers from the same company informing me that he works with a mediation group that is attempting to collect a debt. Saying that I had a deposit of funds into my bank account. This bank account that he is talking about has been closed for years. I sent them the records from my bank just to let them know there is no way possible any money could be deposited into a closed account and he proceeded to tell me I was lying. I hung up on him. They have been performing phone number searches on myself and my husband calling our family and threatening them. They are located in Georgia.
Called me and emailed me saying they deposit money into a credit union account. I ask him what was the account number associated with the account he could not give it to me. He said that info can be given in court only. Why can't they show proof, I googled BMG/Peak Holdings LLC no association with them.
