Received a call on my cell from this number. Ignored the call. My phone indicated a voice mail was left. When I listened there was nothing on the voice mail. My guess is it was another telemarketer or scammer.

It's Market Force - a secret shopper company. They don't call you unless you've contracted to shop for them. Too bad you missed the job by not answering.
