Got a call from them this morning about 8:30 a.m. They have been calling and been trying the scare tatic and yet I have not received a single piece of paper or mail from them. They told me that they were going to serve me papers for court and yet I have not received a single bill and we have lived at our address for 10+ years. I have received a call from them 2 to 3 times a day.
got same call, i spoke with someone today legally, this has fraud written all over it, they have to be able to validate whatever it is that they are calling about, they would not tell me who they were or give any address, this is against the law in all phases,as soon as i asked who they were and requested an address they hung up. It if keeps up i will hire an attorney.
Same here,but in my case he pretended to be a police officer,i called the local sheriff department,they said no such person works there anf its just a scamm! I gave them this number hopefully something will be done quick! He needs to stop harrasing people!
They are doing the same thing to me trying to scare me. Mrs Smith ??? Said she will be at my house tomorrow with officer ...guess we will see....or she said at my job...I don't have one so good luck with that.
This person called today. I know it is a scam but she will not stop? I am almost 71 and disabled. I told her about the internet and that she is trying to scam a senior citizen. I have nothing but social security to live on and don't need to be illegally harassed by someone who cannot or will not get a real job but wants to scam innocent people.
I have been getting calls as have my family members regarding a payday loan that I never had. They are threatening to serve me papers for a judgement. When I tell them I want documents regarding this Sent to me, they say it would be better to wait to be served. They were supposed to serve me today at home or work. No one came to work and nothing is here at home. They gave me my social with no verification from me when I called them. Very fishy situation.
