They said they were from Microsoft and that my computer needed repair

I just got this too what did u find out

I just received a call and have been having trouble with my computer. This has happened before and I allowed them to get on and repair it. I would say that this is a real support group but will do some more research on them.

Just called MircorSoft support. It appears that this company has been calling a lot of microsoft customers. Their name is Virtual Tech Support. If you need support call 1-855-698-3243
