I got a call in fact, calls being made from that number for the 5th time. Same thing, social security and checking account linked to a illegal transaction. I pressed one and then told the girl that I would be recording the call and she stated she wasn't afraid of me. I said, well I am definitely not afraid of you. She started telling me that there was a case filed against me. It was regarding a check I had written. I said well that's funny, I don't use my checking account and haven't for years. I pay all bills online through my bank. If there are issues I will contact my bank. She hung up...
Funny. Everyone posting above seems to have gotten a call recently.
I am actually from Atlanta, now living in the mid-west, so I missed the call and tried to call it back. Figured I probably knew the person as the call came from my hometown.
When I dialed the number, I got an automated message saying the phone number was changed or disconnected.
I checked my voice mail and received the same information as the rest of you. Thing about it, my wife's credit union account is all Ebanking and I quit holding at banks over nine years ago.
I had this phone blacklisted by the phone company and filed an FTC complaint. Not only is Nick unprofessional but so is his co workers. Nick calls on a daily basis from 10 to 60 day even though the person they are seeking are no longer employed he has taken an obsession and determination to harass one our employees , please note they are not a legit company. A true agency will provide you with information to back up there request like a business license number ... if they call file a complaint like I did with FTC
