No, not a collection agency. I just received a call from the same number and it was to remind me of my mammogram appointment for this week.

Call center reminding me of sons drs appt

Mine was from Grand Strand Regional to schedule an appointment for a test my MD had ordered for a mammogram. It was legit.

Just a reminder about a procedure scheduled at a hospital.

1-678-421-7000 is a legitimate medical scheduling and reminder organization.  My doctor referred me for screening tests and this number called to schedule my appointment at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA.  Based on remarks from others, they apparently contract out to doctors nationwide.
