they can be very annoying (attack dialing several times a day), but they really work for bell. they probably asked for a cell number at the time the order was placed.
i've gotten some very annoying calls from them, outside business hours (8:00 am sat/sun). very unprofessional of them, so i called their office back and cancelled the service, as well as complaining loud and long about the calls.
It would help if the caller 1) spoke English 2) didn't sound like he was talking into a tin can. I had NO clue what the hell the caller wanted or said should I call bell?
