they can be very annoying (attack dialing several times a day), but they really work for bell. they probably asked for a cell number at the time the order was placed.
i've gotten some very annoying calls from them, outside business hours (8:00 am sat/sun). very unprofessional of them, so i called their office back and cancelled the service, as well as complaining loud and long about the calls.
Why would Bell installation calling from a U.S. Number sera code 678. It is scamming $ per incoming call, plus auto call back ( with $ charges, of course) each time.
I was at my mothers and a call came from this number claiming to be Bell confirming services installation. I told them to call back later because she was mot home. They then called on my cell phone and asked for my mother again. This was very strange because my cell phone is on my girlfriends contract. There is no way that i can think of for this person to make a connection between my mother house phone number and my cell phone. All i can think is that bell has a massive information leak that scammers are using. Even then, I have no idea how they could connect my cellular phone number with my mothers home number. I was freaked out because it almost seems like they called my cell because they knew where i was at that moment.

Then take control and get a call blocker for your land line and download a call blocking app for your cell.
