It's a scam. I reported them to the federal trade commission. They claimed I wrote a bad check to Winn dixie in 2002...its 2016. I checked with my bank my check was paid and I'm inn good standing with Winn dixie. Please know your rights. If a collection agency calls you they must provide a letter of debt. This person refuses. I received a call today from a Las Vegas number....but this time it's Boykin and associates. In august it was Brian miller and associates. It's a scam. Dotgi e your information and please report them to the federal trade commission

Have been receiving calls from this company at my place of employment. In spite of my demands to receive something in the US Mail at my home or calls to my home phone, which they have if this is legitamate, they refuse to do so. My next step is to contact the federal trade commision to file a complaint. I have even given them my EMail address and have received nothing.
Called my parents (I'm over 40) and they live 3 states away. Refused to leave any info and I told my father about some of the B.S. this "company" has pulled on other posters.
He said that if they call again he is going to tell them to "stick it up their f***ing [***]"
Received a voice mail from Vicky @ Nelson, Hirsch & Assoc claiming to be with the Fraud Department asking for information on family member. What's up with that???
