It's a scam. I reported them to the federal trade commission. They claimed I wrote a bad check to Winn dixie in 2002...its 2016. I checked with my bank my check was paid and I'm inn good standing with Winn dixie. Please know your rights. If a collection agency calls you they must provide a letter of debt. This person refuses. I received a call today from a Las Vegas number....but this time it's Boykin and associates. In august it was Brian miller and associates. It's a scam. Then they are in for allot of legal hurt - criminally..
Believe me some one playing a lawyer and isn't gets allot of hurt from REAL LAWYERS...
