Same Laquisha sounding woman has called for years with her "Fraud Division" and her case that is going to be set against me..they have begun calling out of Georgia area codes instead of Nebraska. I just wish they would stop..I have never answered and never will.
Same woman caller from Nebraska (over forty different #s as I block each one every time she called) now calls from Atlanta... All claiming I need counsel and should call right away. Never uses my name never says why, uses a made up department of the federal government. I don't answer and I never will
used to call from Nebraska, now from GA, wanting to schedule a date to serve me with papers...what the??? oh and good luck she says, these people should all be served with papers and arrested.
An actual Process Server is not going to have any conversation with you about any debt you owe, nor will they demand payment from you. If something like this happens, immediately call local law enforcement and make a full report including as much descriptive information as you can give them of the person impersonating a court officer.
