They have been calling me everyday twice a day for weeks claiming that this is the last attempt and they were seeking legal action. This is a scam and they are using my old employer saying I borrowed money from them which I never did and I never even had an acct with my old employer (which was a bank) .
just to add to my previous statement, I just called them back again to try to resolve this issue and make them stop calling. I threatened with police and lawyer and I spoke to my former employer and I was told my their rep that they didn't need my "theatrics" I told her that I didn't need her harassment, lies and attitude and she hung up the phone. that's a real professional business for you...lol
I would inform them you are not auditioning for a Tony, Golden Globe or an Academy Award---that they are messing with the wrong person and you will see them in court if they persist with their lies and bullying.
Several calls daily. Never mentions my name in the call. Just that I have a case pending. These calls come from Atlanta, Ga. I live 800 miles away from there. I feel threatened by these continuous calls. They never leave their name.
