2 days in a row now, they said I am here by notified that this is their final attempt to reach me. They have a case with my social security stretched. How do they know that? They NEVER say my name. My voice mail doesn't say my name, so how do they know who the he'll I am?
I've had debt collectors call. They usually start out by saying who they're calling for and if you are not that person, please hang up. Then they go into a little detail about who they are and what they want. Never threatening, and usually on the nice side.
I'm seriously sick of these calls. I'm so stressed out from it.
I just got this all from Litigation Services on behalf of Direct Lending Company. Said they will put out warrant for arrest for fraud due to non payment of loan from 2013! What??? Unless I pay a restitution amount of $1,140, the sherrif will come detain me.
