This is a job scam from a company called "Brighter Brain" but they have also gone by a number of other names such as "Unbounded Solution", "Mobile Apps Company", "TechField",  and "ExchangeHub."

If you posted your resume on Monster (or similar job site) and get a call from one of these companies, you should first do an online search and find out how they operate.

An internet search for these companies turns up a huge number of bad reports from unrelated sites such as ripoffreport.com,  glassdoor.com, et al.  One thing that lends credence to these reports is that they are unique (indicating that they are likely from different individuals), while in harmony.  i.e. they tell about the same or similar issues.  Here is a summary of what these reports indicate is the pattern :

-- They hire domestically, but also heavily recruit from outside the U.S., e.g. Mexico.
-- They process TN (Temporary Work) Visa applications very quickly based on information that is incorrect (i.e. a lie.  e,g. the company claims that the employee will be paid in between projects, but in fact they are not paid.  see below).
-- They provide training and housing to prospective employees, however if the employee realizes it is a scam or otherwise does not agree with their unethical business practices and wants to break the contract, they are charged $20 - $30K for the training and housing.
-- The company falsifies the employees' resumes with lies and exaggerations to sell them as "experts" and "gurus" (when they are less experienced or even entry level) in order to charge the client a high fee, but then only pays the employees at minimum wage as entry level employees.
-- The initial phone interview with a prospective client is actually performed by an in-house expert pretending to be the employee, in order to make sure everything goes smoothly.
-- the employee is hired as an "expert" in their field and sent around the country under contract with large firms.  When the employee runs into problems, they are supposed to then call their manager, and a real "expert" will get on the phone and assist them.
-- Of course, when this happens very often, the client company will quickly get suspicious and realize they have been duped into paying an "expert" salary to an entry level person.  This will likely result in bad reviews,
-- When the employee receives a bad review, BrighterBrain (et al) will use that as an excuse to avoid pay raises.
-- In between contracts, the employee is not paid.  This is referred to by BrighterBrain aas "Bench Time."
-- One report indicated that the reason why they have so many names is that they have shut down companies (e.g."Unbound Solutions") and restarted under a new name (e.g. "Brighter Brain") in order to make their contracts with employees null and void to avoid giving raises.
