Who called from 6788396111

I've been getting calls from this number and other strange numbers. Recently done a survey for free samples and the website crashed before I could finish (surprise!) and then the phone calls started the next day and won't stop. I am registered on the "do not call" list, but does it even work? I just program these numbers in my phone as "spam" so I know not to answer but is so annoying. They don't say anything when I answer and when I call back, it magically is a non-working number.

I got selected for 9k that I never applied for

I have received two calls from this number today alone.  I called it back and received a message which said the number was temporarily unavailable.

they said they are from us gov I did not said a word hung phone call back to see it was true and I get number not able

I got the same thing, called me 3 times today now
