I've never heard of Nick Searcy. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. These dozens of numbers that are calling are all robo calls. Why else would they call over and over again when all they get is a fax machine. it is more than likely a spoofed number anyway.
They (both parties) have so many organizations & numbers your idea doesn't work. Go to amazon & get a number block machine for about $15. They will block a couple thousand numbers.
