Who called from 6823213191

Caller left no message when we did not answer. I'm pretty tired of these stupid calls.

SCAM - They called my AT&T cell. Picked up, but didn't answer right away, and when I did - no one there. Called number back and got Verizon message that number is "changed, disconnected, or no longer in service".

I just received a call from this number,which I did not recognize or answer......no message!

Got a call saying I recently stayed at a.   resort but didn't get their bonus certificate did they think I was stupid enough to give them my credit numbers

Cruise scam!  I won a free cruise for two!

Called from an old ported cell phone belonging to Verizon at one time!
