It was a scam message from "my bank" about "my credit card." Apparently, I was eligible to receive a lower interest rate. At the end of the message, I was asked to "Press 1 if you are interested in lowering your interest rate," or "Press 3 if you are not interested." I hung up. If anyone receives this message, DO NOT press any numbers; hang up immediately.
