Left no message.  When I call back it said,  "this number is not in service".

Just calls but no message, so robot caller..don't bother to answer.

Called at 7:23 p.m PT. I answered and the phone was dead. Obviously a robotic telemarketer.

Received hang up in voicemail.  Number blocked.

Fargo... North Dakota?????
