Received call 20 minutes ago ; caller ID shows it with tel # preceded by IMPORTANT; second call this week;didn't answer call;no message left after my voice message kicked in.
I just checked my voice mail and had a message from this #. It said, "I'm JAN Johnson...."
I wonder if these folks realize the only thing calls like this do is make me more likely to vote for anyone but their candidate?
Maybe that was the point. Maybe it was the people they were running against actually doing these calls. To make people mad enough to vote their way. I got a call from that number, but I didn't answer and I no longer have voice mail, so they can't leave a message...lol
Caller Id also listed as "Important." Obviously it's not that important. They never say anything, nor leave a message. They also call at various different times of day. I suspect it may be some type of collection agency searching for debt that's over 10 years old. But cannot confirm that. I've been on the do not call list since it's inception.
