I have also been getting multiple calls from EBSCO.
First call: dead air
Second call: sent to my call blocker, which left a "you are blocked" message
Several other calls, again being sent to the call blocker.
Somewhere (I think here, in 800notes), I read a response, supposedly from an EBSCO employee, that stated something like "we have to keep calling you unless you tell us to be put on our Do Not Call list".
So, I reset my call blocker to play a voice message to the next EBSCO caller, that tells them to put us on their Do Not Call list. EBSCO called, and the message played. Now ... let us see if they do indeed stop calling. If not, back to my standard zap message.
got this call over a period of days on my cell! I have it on all do not call lists and up until I made a reservation with the wyndham hotel system did I start getting solicitations on my phone. I have also addressed this with them. I did block the number on my galaxy 5 but it still rings then stops, so it is being cut off. the calls came weekends and weekdays. when I called the number it said you had to call back between 9-5 EST. and the Dakotas are in central time zone. definitely a scam.
