I've received FOUR phone calls today alone! I'm the receptionist so I always answer and there's no one there ever! So frustrating and such a waste of everyone's time! (I did call back and it rang, three different rings, then I immediately heard hold music -- I hung up right away.) Frustrating.

Calls our business main line quite often & asks for the Supervisor "by name". I always say he's not available and may I take a message. At this point they start to ask for personal information regarding my Supervisor. I respond w/ an annoyed laugh and tell them to please remove our number from thier list. That I am very sure that the information they are referencing is NOT anything that Mr. ________ has had any dealings in the past with! Thank you very much & have a very nice day! Then I hang up on them!
