Asked about which credit cards we take (in detail). Then our hours of operation. I asked where she was calling from but couldn't get a straight answer. She said Toronto and I said no, you're calling from the States.
A BS call...asked me if we take credit cards and which ones, accept cheques, accept cash and what our business hours were. When asked why all the questions and where was she calling me from she tried to tell me she is on her computer as a customer and is calling from Canada. Maybe get someone to work in your call center who speaks better english and doesn't sound like they are half asleep in the middle of the day!!
Asked questions about what hours of operation were and if we take credit cards. Perhaps a consumer research thing or scam to use the information for bad ends. They never identified themselves, very suspicious.

A gentleman called my business line today asking questions:
hours of operation, method of payments (cheques and cash as well) continued to ask for
salepersons PERSONAL phone number and name is a very rude manor.
At the end then asked for the number at which they were calling from
CAUTION WITH UNKNOWN CALLS DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSON INFORMATION
Man called from this number and was confirming the business name and address. When asked how may I help you he said "i have something to tell you." and I said okay and he simply said "f*ck you" and hung up.
